I purchased this trike for my 4 year old and 3 year old daughters. It arrived at my home with the rear right rim and tire damaged making it impossible to ride. My children have been asking me for the last TWO MONTHS when they will be able to ride their new trike. I have been emailing the company PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS ever since the trike arrived and have received no satisfactory response. They have never sent me replacement parts or contacted me with alternative instructions. My sister bought a much less expensive trike at Walmart and her children are riding it and enjoying it every day. I paid alot more money and was stuck with a shiny red bike that my children can't ride and their so called "Customer Service" department can't be bothered to take care of the problem.
