The bike is very solid. I really like the rubber tires. A little extra maintenance to inflate them but it makes for a much better ride than plastic wheels. The bike is a little heavy to carry around. I have the blue version and my boy loves it. He is 2 1/2 years old and can reach the petals pretty well on the shortest seat position. He is average height. I think this bike will fit him for at least a couple of years. A small part was missing from the box but I called the mfg company and they quickly shipped the part to me. Good customer service.
