This trike has RUSTED. This trike was purchased for our 2 year old for her birthday. It spent the first 3 months or so in the house and now it is outside under the covered patio. I can't believe the amount of rust it has accumulated in 8 months. Bikes are supposed to be outside, and we live in the desert with a very arid climate. I would hate to think what would happen if you lived in a place with humidity or heaven forbid snow. I grew up with Schwinn and I am so disappointed with their product.
